I have worked for the past 25 years supplying care facilities with general and specialist staff and I have managed my own company for the past six years.  Whilst doing this I have had to use the services of a home care agency for my fathers end of life care.  After having to use these services personally I decided I wanted to create my own better version, to ensure the loved ones of others can get the support and care they need to stay in their own homes connected to the lives they have built.  My main aim is to provide care that is tailored specifically, that everyone is treated equally with respect and compassion by a team that also feel valued for making a difference to peoples lives.

I have been a nurse for 35 years, much of this has been spent in the Emergency Department culminating in managing a London Emergency Department. The last decade has been spent in Primary and Unscheduled Care as a Nurse Practitioner in many different settings and services including Home Visiting, 111 service and Palliative Care. 

I am only too aware of what good care looks like professionally and personally and what a difference the right care and service provision can make for clients and families. 

My drive is to deliver high standards and the holistic care you would offer your loved ones, by offering a tailored and personal service.  I believe we should reflect the respect and compassion our clients and families deserve.

My journey in healthcare began 25 years ago as a homecare worker and this early experience showed me what good care looks like and what people should expect.  My career has spanned across many differing areas of healthcare and my aim has consistently been to provide standards of care that I would expect for my own family.

As a registered mental health nurse with 22 years experience, a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural therapist with 8 years experience and with a breadth of experience across many services I understand how difficult caring for a loved one can be and the toll this takes on whole families.

I am passionate about developing services that encompass the whole person, providing a service that considers and delivers holistic care for both clients and families.
